levy on bank account

levy placed on my bank acct due to nonpmt from my separated husand and his 1st ex-wife. how can i get levy removed from my acct?

What kind of a levy is it? If it's an IRS levy you are just about dead meat. Same thing with state tax liens and levies.

But until we know what kind of a levy it is we haven't got a crying chance to give you any help even if there is any help to be had.
