Can a creditor put a lein on or seize a vehicle for one spouse's cc debt if the vehicle is titled in both spouses names?

Its possible, but its unlikely. Creditors don't waste time placing liens on vehicles and if its financed, its a lot of trouble to sieze.

How much equity do you have in the vehicle ? Is it financed and how much do you owe ?

it is paid for, free and clear, worth about $7000. Could it be seized with both names on it?

If the title specifies you AND your husband, probably not. If it says you OR your husband, it could be possible.
