Loan shark credit company

Hi, I live in North Carolina but this credit company is in Atlanta, Ga. Please help! How can I report a credit company for pathetic practices. The company is 1st investors where my car is financed and they constantly screw my records up with posting payments indicating checks not clearing posting bogus late payments and extension payments that have been paid. Is it the FTC I report these things to?
