| Due to the costs involved, a creditor wouldn't normally just check all of their accounts looking for recent purchases, but it can be done.
Some creditors will periodically run your credit history and, if they see a recent purchase that 'looks interesting', they could certainly make note of it.
And it is possible that, if you have been telling a creditor that you have "NO FUNDS" to pay them and they find that you managed to find enough funds to make a major purchase, they could decide to get aggressive about your account and file a lawsuit.

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport! |
