mechanics lien

have not recieved final payment for construction services, considering mechanics lein, where do I begin.

There's a website (sorry, I can't find the address now) that is devoted completely to mechanic's liens. They have instructions on how to file them, discussion forums, and even a service to complete the lien for you.

I'll try to find the site, or maybe someone else here knows of it.
