mortgageWhat is the name of your state? florida. i am two months behind in my mortgage and out of work. the mortgage company wants the two months in full and will not except any payment if it is not in full. my question is can i send in one payment to show good faith, and hopefully stop foreclosure if it reaches that point? |

If you have a history of lates, the mortgage lender will send the payment back with a nice letter. |
