I signed on with a law firm to "negotiate" with my creditors. Now I have a judgement against me. I have written, faxed, e-mailed my law office many times,but they NEVER acknowledge my correspondence. If I call them on hte phone, a customer service person will tell me "Yes, we received your letter", but they cannot tell me why I never get a responce. I have asked them to answer my questions in writing - for various reasons, but they pay no attention. What can I do?
