Question

nc credit card laws

What is the name of your state? nc
Does anybody know where I can find anything on credit card laws for North Carolina.

If Debit Guy could write me back with any thing that would be great he seems to know alot.

Credit card laws ??? I'm not sure there is such a thing.

What EXACTLY is the problem, then maybe we can figure out what the answer is ??

Generally credit cards are governed by the state they are issued from (their headquarters), not the state you are in. So they issue them from states with few credit rules and no usuary (interest rate) limits.
