need advice

What is the name of your state? Arkansas My question is We financed a truck with our bank a little over 2 years ago and in june of this year we wanted to trade for a truck that was cheaper on gas we went to a dealership and they called our bank to get the payoff they said that it was 21200 ok that deal didnt work so in july of this year we traded somewhere else and it was a holiday so the bank was closed they needed the payoff they got it from my husbands credit report which said 22300 so thats what they paid to the bank and we waited for the balance to come back to us because we knew that the payoff was just 21000 plus we made a payment after that well a month and half went by and nothing we called the bank and they said that we had nothing coming back to us that the 22070 was the payoff but they sent 22300 the lady at the bank said who ever gave us the first amount did not add the interest but she doesnt relize that we know that she was the same one to give both payoffs. what can we do about this

I don't understand what happened to the 230.00 difference so can't respond to that. To the first quote, there isn't anything you can do. If it was misquoted or only the principal balance was given then that's what was given.
