need answer asap

what will keep someone from garnishing your wages and taking your checking or savings account. i am making reg monthly payments will that help? i live in alabama. they do not have my bank info unless they get it from someone besides me i send a money order each month.

Dear redbird,

Has the creditor sued you and obtained a judgment? Unless they have done this they cannot take any of the remedies you mentioned in your post. Continue making your payments until your debts are paid off and then you will have nothing to worry about.
