need answer asap

what will keep someone from garnishing your wages and taking your checking or savings account. i am making reg monthly payments will that help? i live in alabama. they do not have my bank info unless they get it from someone besides me i send a money order each month.

Depends on your definition of regular. If you are paying the agreed amount and paying on time, no one should bother you. If you're paying what you can but, it is less than the agreed amount then, a creditor may begin to try and collect.
