Need help on credit problems

What is the name of your state? Arkansas

I am overwhelmed with credit problems. It just got out of hand living off of credit cards to make ends meet, and take care of elderly parents. I have talked to a debt managment company, and I don't have enough money to pay the costs to manage the debts. I've tried talking to the credit card companies about arranging payment plans, and most tell me the same thing the debt managment group says, I am short money to do the debt managment plan. I really don't want to file bankruptcy.

Thank you for your heart-rendering, incredible story. And though I would like to exercise option the movie rights (I see Kevin Costner and Charlize Theron in starring roles!!), I am unable to at this time.

However, if you do decide to ask a legal question (after all, that IS what this forum is for), we will be glad to review our consideration at that time.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
