I take it that the creditor had a judgment and two other (non-judgment) bills, correct??

If correct, did you get a signed Satisfaction of Judgment for the payoff?? If not, get it from the creditor. As for the other bills, if they are not included in a judgment, a written contract in Nevada is valid for 6 years, 4 years for an open account.

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

"now that is 6yrs from service right,"
*** What do you mean by 'service'???

The SOL clock starts on your DOLA (Date of Last Activity). That is the date of last payment or last charge, whichever is later.

"and how do i go about getting this taking care of now that its to late,"
*** One way would be to pay it. Another would be to try to negotiate a reduced payment plan and make payments. Finally, you might even look to see if you have a chance to void the judgment (see below).

"because here in nv. they go to court and you never no what hit you till the cop comes with papers."
*** Depends on what you are saying here. The 'cop' is there to serve you with notice of the lawsuit (summons). You then have the right to attempt to defend yourself if warranted, or to allow the judgment (default). It would appear from your post that you allowed the default judgment.

"and do i have to wait 7yrs to get it off my creadit, thanks again,"
*** If this is a judgment (which still isn't clear from your post), you would have to wait until 7 years after the judgment expires.

I can't see your debts and the dates on them. You are going to have to figure out whether the debts are still valid or not. If the SOL has expired, tell them to stick it.
If the SOL hasn't expired, you can try to wait it out or try to negotiate a settlement.

This sounds like one of those "it looks like you're a good little creature and pay us, so here's some more stuff you can pay us for."
Do as JETX says. Check the dates and you'll probably find that the SOL has run. Tell them they got enough money and cease and desist all contact with you. The first part on the phone, the second in a letter
