How long does it normally take to get through the hearing and get the money back? I hope it's like with in days since it is the first of the month and all of her bills are due.

Also if she incurs charges for bounced checks because they pulled the money from her account like that, can she sue them for negligence’s?

I would think they would be required to do a little research into who's money they where stealing.
