If all purchases were made in Hawaii on that account, then the Hawaiian Statute of Limitatations of 6 years would be the controlling limitations period. And, that's 6 years from the last date of your use, or 6 years from your last payment.
Just a little helpful suggestion . . . probably through a stroke of fate, or bad luck, you're now living in one of the worst States in terms of debt Statutes of Limitations. Ohio's S.O.L. on "open accounts" (credit cards), and written contracts, is a whopping 15 years ! ! That's a huge chunk of someone life !
If I were you, I would NEVER enter into any kind of contract in Ohio.
