What is the name of your state? Kentucky

My boyfriends dad, let his checking account get overdrawn a couple of weeks ago. He never did anything about it, and now hes moving to Florida. I wonder if they will find him. Maybe turn him over for collections. It sucks because my boyfriend and him have the same name. Dude, if they come after my boyfriend, I will go off! His dad is really foolish dont you think?

The bank will report his father to chexsystems and he'll all sorts of trouble opening another bank account.
Your BF needs to keep a close eye on his credit reports to be certain his fathers credit cooties don't migrate over to his report. Yes, Dad is very short sighted.
