P.o. Box Number Only

last week i wrote you guys about disputing a debt validation after the 30 days have passed,thanks for the great advise. since then i've drafed my letter then called the collection agency for the street address so i could mail it certified registered mail. the agency claim they only have a p.o. box number and all correspondence must be sent there, is this true? are they trying to delay having to respond to my requests do they have to supply me with a street address?
