Unhappy
Received civil summons from card not used since 1998. I was instructed to reply to summons. My situation is my job allows me to barely cover living expenses - no savings - no 401k - no land owned - no hidden pot of gold. What do I need to do? Reside in Guilford County NC. Thank you.
