pay off school or not?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? IL

I have about 40k in loans, I hear people say this is good debt...


I can pay them off in about 1 year if i want to.



My dilemma is, do i pay off the loans, Or take the money and invest it or save it so i can buy a condo later on.


Any suggestions?

I think this site is geared more towards legal advice. You might seek better information from a financial advisor.
