Possible lawsuit against RJM

What is the name of your state?

A lawyer posted this at [url]www.creditboards.com[/url] last night and I though I'd just pass the word.

I am an attorney near Seattle. I have just run across RJM’s collection letters, and plan to sue them. I am trying to see if they consistently misrepresent themselves as not being debt collectors, and/or trying to collect on debts outside of the Statute of Limitations. Please email or post so I can see if this is worth filing as a class action. I need to know where y’all live (city and state). Thanks.
