proper way of dealing with failure to comply orderWhat is the name of your state? ma after several years of digging out from debts incurred from a failed business, i have one last debt due and have failed to comply to a judgement because i am already over-extended. debt is less than 3500.00. what should i tell judge was reason for non compliance? can now maintain arrangement... how should i deal with this? |

| If you can show the judge your income/expenses and the fact that you're already overextended, it might help. Just saying 'gee, I just can't pay it' probably wouldn't work very well, but an organized statement of your financial situation might.
