Pulling credit report without authorization

PA - We had a realtor pull our credit report without written or verbal authorization. This caused our score to go down and the mortgage we are obtaining will now have a higher interest rate. (we missed the lower rate by 1 point) Is there anything we can do to get the points corrected since they pulled it without permission?
