Question about credit card solicitationWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California Is it legal for a credit card company to send solicitation letters to you from a person within that credit card company that does not exist(fictitious person)? I keep getting these solicitation letters from Capital One bank and the sender is a ficticious director of communication. I found out that he does not exist. I will find out what "his" name is next time they send the letter again. Thanks. Jae |
