Question about Judgement?

What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state? Nevada.

How long after a default, does a creditor have to put a judgement against you?

If you are asking about the statute of limitations for legal action to collect a debt, the answer is 4 years - on credit cards (open accounts).

If you are asking how long it will take them to sue .. there's no way to know, there are lots of factors.
