Question about reaffirmation of Auto Loan

What is the name of your state?

Currently in VA, declared BK In Oklahoma, CH.7

Long story, here goes, first I declared bankruptcy in Jul 1999, I reaffirmed a AUTO LOAN with Bank of America, currenlty doing my best to clean up my credit. I have been working with BA for some time, they claim they never received the reaffirmation, I have been making payments on this vehicle since the BK, am I still liable for this vehicle since they did not repo it when they could have seeing as how they do not have a reaffirmation agreement??

Wondering if I have been paying for a vehicle that is on my credit as included in bankruptcy and have been unsuccessful in all attempts to get it reaffirmed and cleared on my credit??

Bottom line is reaffirmation isn't mandatory. As long as you keep paying, BA is happy to let you keep the car. Not reaffirming does not mean they repo. Not PAYING does.
