Re-credit reporting violation.
Per the law prohibiting a creditor from "re-aging" a debt for what would seem to be no discernable reason.
OK I get that you can take a creditor to small claims court for such shocking misbehavior
My question goes to whether the injured party can sue them only once even if the creditor has serially re-aged the debt,or can the creditor be sued for each occurence of violation?
If the answer is the latter,I know someone who might be able to just about OWN Huntington Bank
