RE: Credit Card is taking me to court!

Hi I live in the State of Florida, I receive a summons to appear in court for a pretrial conference. Should I try to settle with the law firm or should I appear in court!
The law firm said I could enter a payment schedule but I need to pay for court costs and attorney's fee and interest! I don't agree with the judgment amount I charge a $2000.00 on the credit card and they want $3270.19 plus court costs interest and attorney's fee! What should I do
please help me !
