I work full time and make about 850 a month

a couple of friends of mine said they were going to throw me in jail...is it true???

FYI
I was in court this past Monday in DuPage County. Capital One is suing everyone as I heard their name come up repeatedly in case after case. Most defendents didn't show up so a judgement was made against them - don't make that mistake. If you have no defense and actually owe the money, maybe you can try and settle for a lesser amount. I am not a lawyer - it's just a thought.

Good luck.

One more thing - doesn't it seem a little outrageous that the late fees are for as much as the original debt?
