Reg CC

What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state? Oklahoma

Where can I find more information of FTC Reg CC? As I understand it, banks have 48 hours to return checks. I assume this does not include Saturday and Sunday, even if my bank is open on Saturdays. I would like to find the specific verbiage for this law. So far all I've found online is explanations for the purpose of the law.

It's not the FTC that passes these Regs, it's the Fed Reserve Board.
