removing address off cr

What is the name of your state? WA

I just got a copy of all three of my credit reports. One of them has the wrong present address down, and the other two have the same wrong formal address down, i have never lived at this address. What happened is before i went bankrupt i sold my home to an investor. The process is called Subject to the existing loan where the investor pays the mortgage on you loan while trying to sell it, but the loan stays in your name. Anyways, he changed the address on the mortgage companies to his address so that the statements would come to him. So, now how do i get this address off my credit reports? Experian has a load of mistakes listing addresses wrong and listing them several times. What can i do about this as well?

Call Experian and ask them if you need to send a letter to correct this situation. All of the credit bureaus have procedures to correct things like this, but it's best to do it in writing so there is an official record that you contacted them about it.
