My lanlord was givena 2 week notice of my situtaion on paying my rent. We made an agreement over the phone that the rent would be late and would be short also. He said that was fine and we set the dates, When the first of the month past he called to say that he would be giving us a late notice like we discussed(on the 3rd) but that he couldn't follow through with the agreement now since the owner said NO.I had three days to come up with 1265.00 dollars i knew i would have only 500.00 in time but the rest wouldn't come until that next Friday. Still they wouldn't except the money and now we are being evicted. We have tried to contact the owner to let them know we would rather move than be evicted and would do anyhting to make it a smooth process the owner was to call me back, but instead called the landlord and by what the landlord stated on my answering machine never new that i had left word for the owner to call to me back with his assistant.Day 2 comes along i call agian both landlord and owner pleading to please call me so that we can move out and not be evicted but still no word. Is that right, i mean we will move and we have never been evicted before, so we don't know what to do.

I still can't figure out who-is-who in your situation (you have both a landlord AND an owner and they are different??).
However, it sounds to me like you owe unpaid rent and don't have the money. The landlord (or owner??) has apparently filed eviction papers on you.

And since you can't follow the directions on this forum (See the red text at the top of the screen???), we can't even tell you what the eviction process is in your state. So, we don't know how much time you might have or the legal process in play.

So, without any relevant facts, I can only offer the suggestion that you move out. And any unpaid rent, penalties, fees and/or damages will probably be deducted from your deposit. And if the deposit isn't enough, the landlord (owner??) might sue you to recover his damages.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
