Reserved Funds Letter

Does anyone know what this term "Reserved Funds Letter" means?
Is there any standard format used by banks, especially larger international banks?

I'm not aware that "administrative hold" equals "reserved fund letter"

Please enlighten me on either or both.

Thanks

Thanks.... BUT, was told it is not one and the same, hence this post.

Has anyone ever executed this or have a genuine verbiage/specimen that bank uses?
