What is the name of your state? Colorado
I put a friend on my credit card account as a secondary user, he didnt have a good credit history at that time to get his own cc. His total charges as of now are about $6000, and he refuses to pay. He has threaten me to get a restraining order if I insist him on paying his debts. Can he do that? Is there any way I can make him pay his debts?
He is moving to California in a few weeks, and he makes enough money to pay for all his bills (about 70K/year), but he just doesnt want to.

Please help.

*** Yep. Haul his ass into court NOW!! Hopefully, you can get a judgment against him and serve it BEFORE he moves.

*** And once he moves, you will have to domesticate the judgment into his 'new' state to gain access to his non-exempt assets.
