serious bank negligence by senior bank VP

I got robbed by a crooked bank teller of $5000 and after many weeks located the senior bank VP who wrote me "nobody knows any Franklin". (the suspect
This traps the bank in negligence when I called the former bank mgr who told he didn't know the last name of Franklin who worked at that branch about
four years.
Do I have a good case to sue my bank for negligence for millions?
