What is the name of your state? florida. sometime before 3/28/05 i had a credit card stolen from the mail room in managua,nicaragua.(i live in nicaragua,but my u.s.bank is regions,i'm retired)the persons ran up a charge of $6607.20 in 3 days.it then stoped.i found out about it by chance going thru my online accounts one day.i e-mailed citibank and they closed the account.i was set up on autopay.they tried to take the money out of my account but i didn't have enough to cover it so the bank rejected it and charged me $30.citibank did this 4 times for the sum of $120.because i can do very little from here,my brother got envolved and go the autopay taken off of the account.with my brothers help i sent them the forms they asked for on the stolen card and told them i wanted my money refuned.have not heard anything from them.this has become a matter of principle more then money.what can i do to retrive my money? |
