SolWhat is the name of your state? Florida I am getting different answers to when the SOL starts on different boards. I understand the SOL to start from the date of last activity. Charge off is 180 days after that, but has nothing to do with the SOL. Is this correct?? |

| Correct. SOL starts with the first delinquency, which is usually 30 days after the last payment. The SOL is not figured from the Charge-off date. You can use the charge-off date to get a date for the SOL start by subtracting 180 days from the charge-off date.
