Sol

What is the name of your state? CA

What is the SOL on credit card accounts, is it the last day reported to the CRA or the LDOA ?? I have one credit card that has reported my account deliquent every month for 7 years. I haven't made any payments on this account for over 7 years. They have it listed as a "charge-off" on my CR

The SOL in Ca. for credit cards is 4 years from first deliquency or, last time you used the card.
Dispute the debt with the CRA's as out of date.
