What is the name of your state? IN
What is sthe SOL for medical debts in IN and where can I find that out?
If I can't pay bills and I get a judgement can liens be put on two cars that we own that are old a paid for?
Can we lose both paid for cars if we have to file bankruptcy?
Where do we find this stuff out? We searched on google. com and can't get anywhere.

Medical debts generally come under the UCC SOL of 4 years for goods and services.

Can they put liens on your paid-for cars.. possible, but unlikely.

Can you lose both cars in bankruptcy ? That depends on your exemptions and the equity in the vehicles. If you've got a lot of equity over and above the exemptions, you could possibly lose 1 vehicle. Its also possible you could redeem them (pay the trustee the amount over the exemption) and keep both cars.

You can find BK exemptions here: http://www.thebankruptcysite.com
