Which SOL Used for Judgement

What is the name of your state?MN
Being sued in MN by lawyer in ND for Plaintiff in VA for CC debt issued by NV bank. Who's SOL do I go by?

Good grief. It doesn't matter at ALL where every other entity is. What matters is where YOU are and where you were SUED. If you were sued in MN, then MN law applies.

Creditor in VA.. would it be Discover ???
