Sprint is lying to credit agencies and it's working for them

CA

Hello,

I stopped my sprint service after the one year contract, I never agreed to another year yet they charged me early cancellation fee.

I contested this with the credit reporting agencies and they said sprint proved it and to contact them.

They couldn't of it never happened.

I even contacted them and the lady said i had a zero balance and the fee was error.

Yet they will not contact the collection agency and the agency well is rude a s can be and pointless to work with.

The bottom line they are lying and I think this is illegal and deformation of character not to mention I have spent hours of time and problems with my bank over there trickery.

It has cost me thousands and even more from not getting a load.

All for a $185 lye that I guess they know they can get away with because no body will stand up to them.

I would like to sue them for the thousands I have lost from the bad credit and deformation of credit "my landlord and brokers have seen the bad report and think I am trying to cheat but really I am being cheated.

Thank you,

-Charles

You need to get very familiar with the FDCPA and the FCRA. Send a letter {CRRR} to the collection agency demanding they validate the debt. Tell them you want evidence this is your debt and a complete accounting. Here's a sample:

Modify it to fit your circumstances.
