State Tax Lein

What is the name of your state? Ill. I recently went to refinance my house, to which I purchased in 2000. My credit report came back saying that I have a State Tax Lein against me for $895.00. This is the first I have ever heard of it, and have no idea what it is. It says it was reported in August of 1994, by the recorder of deeds.

write a certified letter to the 3 credit bureaus stating, incorrect item on your report. Ask them to verify this item. send it certified with a return receipt

mail it and wait. you will get the green card back within a week or so, keep it. The bureuas have 30 days to investigate the item and verify it belongs to you. the law states they have 30 days from the time of receipt (look on the green card(s) you get back for the date), they then have 5 days to deliver your results. If there are any changes, then you will receive an updated copy of your report(s)

Thats about all I can recomend, it does work but takes a little bit of time and energy.

if you have any problems or questions, feel free to email me yoot22@hotmail.com , also to get your reports, check out privacyguard (.c*m) . they charge 1dollar for 90 days access to all three reports, keep in mind if you dont cancel within 90 days, then you will be billed 89.00 for the year. pull yuour repotrts, send the letters to everyone where the item is. wat and hopefully it will come off. also in your state, items may stay on for up to 20 years (long time)

good luck

Though correct in disputing the reports with the CRA's, your response has NO relevance to this issue as the problem is with the tax assessor, NOT the CRA's.

Go to your county courthouse and get a copy of the lien. Once you find out who the lienholder is, contact them to get the full facts of this lien. Try to get them to remove it as it would NOT be YOUR lien, but the previous homeowners.

Also, you need to contact the title company that issued the title policy on your property. They have the responsibility of doing a title search and should have found this lien. That is what you purchased 'title insurance' for!!

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
