| This is a bit of a sticky issue, as it has been argued that medical bills are written contracts, but I have been given information that says they are considered open-ended accounts (ie. no set terms of payment over a predetermined period of time)
So, having said that, there is an SOL for both. For open accounts its FOUR years, for written contracts its 15. So you could be sued if it is considered a written contract in Ohio.
If I find out anything as to which is which in OH, I'll post back here.
