Statue of Limitations

What would the SOL be on my credit card debt? I was living in Texas at the time that I last made a payment (1999). I currently live in Missouri.

SOL for Texas is 4 years on Open Accounts (credit cards).
SOL in Missouri is 5 years, so either way you're not out of the woods yet.
