statue on unsecured loan

What is the name of your state? florida. i would like to know what the statue of limitations on a unsecuered loan is. i have one that that is over 11 years old.

I don't have a clue for the SOL on a "unsecuered" loan is.

But, for written agreements, FL SOL is 5 years.

the loan is a sign and go loan.

Then the debt is clearly out of statute.

You can still be sued. If so, you must file with the court a written response to the lawsuit stating that the debt is time-barred.
