Statute of Limitation?

What is the name of your state? Indiana

What is the SOL in the state of Indiana. Does that start from the date of last payment received?

Is Limintion a town in Indiana? I don't know of any statutes there.

The SOL clock does begin from the date of last activity.
What type of loan are we talking about? SOL timeframes are not the same for all types of debt.

IN SOL's:

Oral agreement: 6 years
Written Contract : 10 years
Promissory Note: 10 years
Open accounts: 6 years

Credit cards are considered Open accounts.

Yes, the SOL is measured by the date of the last payment.
