Stipulation agreed upon with Citibank, would I need to attend an OSC?

What is the name of your state? CA

I have a stipulation for judgment with Citibank's law office and have been making monthly payments. I checked the status of the case online and see there is a order to show cause hearing on 6/02/08. there is also a Case management conference 08/29/2011 (when the stipulation payments will be completed) I'm wondering if the OSC is offset since there is a stipulation and a CMC scheduled?

Do I need to go to court for the OSC?

I have tried all week to reach the credit card attorney office and haven't received a call back.
