stop repossestion

What is the name of your state? ny
I need to know how long a auto loan can go unpaid before they repo. and what are the legal issues involved. i have moved due to horrible family problems and am starting all over. thought husband paid 2 months on my loan but found out he didnt. now i am major behind but i moved. i want to save my car but cant come up with all i owe************** help.. i dont want to go to jail either for grand theft auto.

The lender can recover their security (the vehicle) pretty much at any time after breach of the repayment agreement... essentially the day after the bill was due and not paid.

However, your concern regarding auto theft is unwarranted. You have the right to use and access of the vehicle... until the lender seizes it.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
