For several years I owe student loan. Because of job lay offs and dismissals I became in default with the loan. To make a long story short the department of education of moved my loan to the department of justice and a local attorney has acclaimed the account. However, I had notified them and made an agreement, but not long ago I was dismissed from a position. It took me a long time to find anotheer job. Anyway, the law office that has the account decided to garnish my checking at my bank. This process has created such huge problem all the way around. 1) the garnishment claimed all my monies in the checking accounting, causing all outstanding checks to bounce; 2) this action caused my bank account to become overdrawn substantially; 3) my entire money went towards the garnishment and I was unable to pay rent car payment, and utilities; 4) the bank account became outstanding and the bank sent my name to a company called "check systems". Check systems is organization that all banks receive reference from concerning new account holders. A representative from Check system says there is no amount on this report the bank submitted to them, which makes it more of a problem. I was unable to open any bank account at any bank nation wide; 5) also in making arrangements again, but the "Check systems" will not take my name off their list until they hear from my bank; 5) my bank tells me they cannot take my name of the list because of the garnishment. Finally, all parties on both sides (the attorneys for the garnishment and the bank reps.) are becoming hear deaf to my situation. At the present time I have cash my pay check at a checking company and they charge from 4% up to 7%, because my check is from out of town. The check cashing company ususally take out $40 or more for cashing my check. I cannot open a checking at no other bank. The Check systems

What can I do in this situation. How can I clear my account with the bank? How can I clear my account with Check systems?
