subpoenaed for deposition

What is the name of your state? fl

i have been subpoenaed for deposition on debt from a attorney and he wants all my paperwork from the last three years.
iam joint with husband on everthing....

what can i due to protect my husband and due i have to bring all the paperwork in....

does the privacy act stop them from seeing his paperwork...

help....

*** Unless your husband is a part of the lawsuit or judgment, there isn't a need to 'protect him'.

*** No. Not as it relates to YOUR finances or assets.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

should i call and request a pay off the debt is around 5000.00

*** If you do, the payoff will be the total amount claimed. I would suggest you contact the creditor and try to negotiate a settlement or payment schedule. If you do, get everything in WRITING.
