Summons--URGENT HELP PLEASE

What is the name of your state? MISSOURI. I owe a very old debt. Am now being sued by doctor's office and have 9/30 court date. If I pay amount owed in full now, will it be settled? In other words, is it too late now to pay? I will do most anything to avoid appearing in court on 9/30. Please Advise!

Yes, you can settle now and keep out of court. Why are you so afraid of court ? You have defensible rights and the courtroom is where you can assert them !

How old is this 'old' medical bill ??? For what kind of services, dr's office, hospital ??
